A very real workbook
John Welwood writes this book with tenderness and gentleness, giving us ways to sort through the challenges of any relationships with insight and understanding. The exercises in the back of the book are very comprehensive and can definitely be done with a partner to increase communication and intimacy. I really appreciate this book and will be using it as a workbook for sometime to come.

a so-so book
the book title is a lot more attractive than the book itself, it;s not even close to what i expected it to be. i can barely get myself to finish reading it.
