I bought this book because I am trying to lose weight on the South Beach diet which allows NO SUGAR! Since I have the longest sweet tooth ever, and since some of the recipes in the South Beach Diet book use sweetner and are scrumtout, when I saw this Splenda Cookbook, I knew I had to have it. Recipes are easy and the results are yummy. My only regret is that it is too small!!
I needed recipes for a couple bake sales and had requests for low sugar/sugar-free baking. It had wonderful recipes that SOLD!!!
Many interesting recipes for someone who is trying to watch their weight but still has a sweet tooth.
