I bought this book while researching diet in general. It's an eye opening book with regard to the medical results of eating poorly. The book offers good tips on food combining and the logic behind all the foods we all know are healthy anyway. Some of the ideaology sems a bit extreme but I learned a lot. The only down side, in my humble opinion, was conversion of facts and numbers to American terms.
This book is great and changing my life! Actually probably extending my life. It is well laid, out easy to read and Gillian McKeith is full of common sense.
