    This is indeed a rare find.

    This product is a classic and I've been looking for this Communicator for a long time in order to complete my 49 mhz intercom set-up. Unit was clean and complete with the wall mount and the power supply. Even the original receipt was included. Pretty impressive. One minor criticism is that the squelch circuit didn't work until I sprayed huge amounts of contact cleaner on the squelch control. Now it works perfectly.
