I have been following Sharee on her Tumblr for about a year and was excited to purchase her book. In short I would recommend it! There are many features that I really enjoyed: - chapters on all the different struggles associated with weight loss (eating habits, fitness, mental struggles etc) - sections of the book in which Sharee asks you questions, with space to write down your answers to get you thinking about your own journey. - goal-setting section - photo timeline of Sharee's weight loss journey (although this may be found online I suppose) - FAQ section The only criticism I have of the book is the writing - it isn't good. She does tend to repeat herself frequently throughout the book (although I understand why she may have done this on purpose - repeating points gets the idea in the readers mind). In saying this, I really enjoyed reading this - and most importantly it has given me tremendous motivation to get excited about my own weight loss journey.Read full review
