This is a must read. I'm savoring it page by page.
Outstanding reference on herb uses in medicine. I have been studying herbs and their medical uses for several years. I have wanted this book for a while. Best price I have seen for the hardback version of this book. The author is very readable and the information engages you. Studies that support the information are exhaustively listed. SO if you are interested and double checking the facts it is very much in order and easy to follow through on more personal study. If anyone is interested in healing and what want to understand more about the elegant relationship between plants and how they can be used to strengthen and in some cases reinvigorate human systems, this is a must read. I am savoring it page by page.
