I’m not sure about too many programs that work with this on iPads but I bought one for my sister and it seems pretty compatible with Medibang and iBis Paint (on her iPad Air). However, if you’re not a fan of unstable lines with less of a curl and pen pressure and you’re the type to be perfect with every single stroke of drawing line, then you may not like this, varies with art styles. All in all I think this product works super well with iPads, tested it out myself and it functions quite smoothly. Again, not for pro artists (coming from someone who is semi-professional and self-taught myself and uses a regular pen and tablet on computer) or someone looking for a more perfect pen that produces sharper lines when drawing digitally, but it is a very good product for what it is and for its price, for a new as well! If you want to buy one, buy a new, it’s worth it if you can afford it :)Read full review

If your device doesn’t support Apple Pencil then this stylus is adequate. Fine tip is pretty accurate when you get angles right. Palm rejection feature seems to slow the response giving you a line draw delay.

The Adonit Pixel works on all of our iPad models allowing one stylus to be used by multiple people as opposed to the Apple Pencil which is quite restricted to the models it’s compatible with.

I only tried it on an iPad Air2. Using it on usual software (Notes, One Note) it works as a passive stylus. No difference. You have to buy a compatible software and then you get the functions. For the price, it should come with a basic compatible software included.

This is a great unit. It is very well built, and just works out of the box. I bought the one with blue-tooth pressure feedback. Works very well, just take note you require compatible software. If not required Adonit have a standard pen at even better value. If you have a Mini 4 you have little choice if you want/need a pressure sensitive pen, Apple do not support you here. Cheers :)
