This books helps me to know exactly which muscles I am activating in common poses because it clearly labels those muscles. It names the main muscles and sometimes it shows a close up and finer detailed labelling of a focus area in the pose. It has "best for" where it lists the muscles asanas target. I also like the level rating at the side that tells you if the pose is beginner, intermediate or advanced. Contraindications are also clearly listed in the side panel. Overall, this book is a super handy, easy to use reference book.
