I upgraded from an Ipod Nano (which accidentally went through the washing machine) & I'm so happy with the new purchase! So easy to use, I've got plenty of songs on there already & also games for the kids. The touchscreen is large & easy to read, battery lasts for a while & can be connected to an ipod dock (speakers) or into the car stereo to listen to music. Well worth the money! And much better than the ipod Nano.
Bought this for my daughter, really good for her as she is only 5 years old. Loves the games, very educational and easy to use.
This was only a 2nd Generation iPod - unable to upgrade beyond OS 4.2.1. There were problems with the docking connector on the iPod itself so there was difficulty connecting to the computer with the usb cord and it often wouldn't connect to iTunes or an external charger. It may be repairable but not really worth putting any more cash into a 2nd Gen iPod. Should have bought a new one.
i purchased the ipod touch 3rd gen for a balinese friend who is over the moon with his gift my wife thought it was great that he can can listen to good aussie music which we downloaded and the price was right
I found out a few day's after receiving the item that it was actually a 2nd gen iPod touch, which isn't being updated anymore so there are a lot of apps that don't work on the device, also you'll be missing out on a camera. But it still works great, sound quality is good and battery lasts 2 day's of non-stop music(repeating songs because it's only an 8gig). Only lasts about 2 hours with the screen constantly going(ie. Watching movies, playing games)
