This has to be the very best book on Arthritis and exercise that REALLY helps! Upon going to the Drs - what they often say when you explain how bad your pain is -"Here is a prescription for pills and do some exercise." RXs have a lot of side affects so another "mask" while it effects the patient in so many way (the RX that is) and they will not specify what exercise will really help. After all I have exercised most all my life but now --- everytime I exercise I feel and am - much worse for doing it!! This book is worth time and $ - it is great in the format and "user friendly"!
