Anthony D. Sparks serves as the Executive Director of the YMCA's Youth Development Center in Birmingham, Alabama, where he leads a dynamic team of staff and volunteers working to serve youth and families of the metro area. He is also a life coach, mentor and speaker, helping to empower others in areas such as relationships, lifestyle, spirituality, career, leadership, and personal development. Having been there, done that by going through some of life's typical-and atypical-moments, Anthony tries to use his experience to help others live a life of purpose on purpose. As the loving husband of Ashley and proud dad of Aidan, Anthony believes that he's blessed more than he deserves and loved more than he's worth.
