I purchased this book to help me improve my Bikram Yoga practice. It worked! Bikram's writing style is entertaining while offering step by step instructions for his 26 posture beginning Bikram Yoga series. I loved the commentaries from Bikram's students, also. They gave a great sense of what it would be like to practice with Bikram. The students also pointed out challenges that they face, within their practice. The challenges related to my practice as well. If you want to take your practice to the next level, I highly recommend this book.

Detailed book on the yoga practice called Bikram or Hot Yoga. Although the photos are in Black & White, the author uses models of various body types and provides yoga posture variations and modifications. This is a good book to discover what this type of yoga is all about.
