I bought this product because of the author's association with Thermomix, however the book contains no references to the appliance at all (written prior to Cyndi becoming a Thermomix ambassador). The book I purchased was published in 2000, not 2007. This book is good, however I would enjoy reading more statements backed up by scientific research rather than taking Cyndi's statements as fact. Her general approach to health is an excellent one - focussing on whole foods, minimal processing and does not neglect the importance of healthy fats in the diet.
Chapter by chapter Cyndi’s book opens your eyes & allows you to easily adjust your life for a happier & healthier lifestyle. I truly believe that ANYONE & EVERYONE would highly benefit from this book.
