WOW! This book is amazingly comprehensive.... Written by a therapist who has the condition himself, It gives a realistic overview of the condition, it's causes, how it feels to have the condition, what to expect, self management tools, stages to work through, the possible outcomes etc... there are charts to refer to daily, and pages that can be copied and hung on the wall. This book is SO addictive (in a good way)..I recommend that therapists, counselors,teachers, family members, and anyone with the condition get themselves a copy. In fact, if you deal with other human beings in any way at all, the information included could help you to deal with them,(and yourself) in a wiser and more compassionate way. The term "self abandonment" has absolutely nailed it all for me! (I just threw out 1/2 my books... this one covers so much!)Read full review
