I bought this mobile for my Parents. It is very easy to use. It has simple buttons, bright screen, has hearing aid support and has a fair size battery. It can take photos & send SMS as well but really a solid & easy to use phone with a good battery was what my parents require. They have one each now.
I like most of the features on this phone (everything is larger & louder , the key pad is a great size) but there is one feature that fails , it is lucky to get 1/5 . It's the camera , when you take the photo the screen goes black & you can't se what you are photographing . Most times the photo ends up blurred . The calculator needs design improvement, you have to push too many buttons to add or subtract etc , & it doesn't save what you have done once you flip it closed . Overall it is still better & easier to use than some of the more expensive phones that I have owned or used .
Easy to use for Seniors, has large keypad, emergency button camera, no video though the only down side otherwise perfect for the elderly
If you are looking for a simple phone this is a good one. For an incoming call you just flick the phone, open, and start talking. No pushing screens around, no fumbling with touch keys, no problems with seeing it in sunlight. Great when you are busy with something and want to answer a call quickly without hassle. The rest is nice and simple to operate, letters and numbers are clear and big. Texting is of course the slow way, by tapping letters out on the number pad. All up a stress free phone.
this product was really easy to use. the numbers and letters were a great size but now it sits in the draw i purchased it for my partner who drives truck in the country in western australia. it was useless for getting any reception out where he was travelling, so contact with him is important
