    This is more than a diet book, it is a lifestyle book! It is based upon real research, so it is not just some author's idea of a good idea. But the research is only referenced in the back and does not intrude on the story, which is simple and to the point. I also like how each section has three simple ideas about how to Eat, Move and Sleep better and focusses on what you can do right now to improve your health. It also explains the important role of sleep in diet and better health. And the focus is on making better decisions one day at a time, which removes the thought of having to diet for how long? to loose how much? which is daunting.
