The fit and finish is woeful. There are tool marks all over the steel, a rough tig/mig WELD holding the blade to the tang, almost as if it were second-hand and repaired, which is already showing signs of rust. The scales don't fit flush, so I'll need to epoxy the gap else I'll be forever cleaning out debri. It truly looks like it were made by an apprentice. The only decent thing about this is the sheath. I own other Elk Ridge knives and they are excellent. Avoid this one.
