Good size, caught a small feral cat first day. No instructions though, you need to make sure both ends are secured, push the U shaped bar through the far end from the door, thread it through the steel clasps on the grate and secure through the holes at the side end, have one bar length through the inside of the cage and secure the other through the outside and hooked in the hole to hold the end door securely, these cats fight hard non stop so if it's not together properly it would have gotten out. The main door looked bent on one corner, i bought two traps and both the same. it did not hinder the function of the trap at all, wasn't sure if it was deliberately bent. Strong, solid, functional. Would be much easier with instructions though. A bit of critical thinking and practice first i was able to work it out.Read full review

This is about as good a trap as is available online, none of them have sliding rear panels so the RSPCA doesn't want to open them if there is a feral animal inside. I ordered mine way too big so thought I would return it but it costs almost as much to return it as the purchase price so I kept it but it is WAY big for a cat !
