Author Biography
Dr. Ranita Nagar is Professor of Economics, Dean of the Department of Research and the Head of the Department of Social Sciences at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat. She also holds the post of Director at the GNLU Centre for Food Security and Agro Economy. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. In addition to academic publications, she has been instrumental in introducing courses on law and economics at the University. Recently, she attended the Coase-Sandor Summer School in Law and Economics at Chicago Law University, University of Chicago, USA.
