A light-hearted look at internet dating based upon the author's own humorous and genuine experiences.
Sponsored and mentored by his great uncle, a member of the Royal Academy of Artists, Henry Swallow studied art but, disillusioned by the lack of career opportunities, he returned to the classroom to add architecture and engineering to his C.V. He began writing his first novel more than forty years ago but abandoned the project in favour of his architectural career. He left England to live in Spain in 1989 where he fulfilled his other interests of photography and painting and only since retiring has he had time to return to writing. His first project, a screenplay in eight parts intended for television, was too ambitious but enabled him to use it as a platform to write in many varied genre including mystery, science-fiction, romance, comedy adventure, poetry and non-fiction. His second project was a science fiction trilogy which is presently undergoing revisions. However, not finding success with the screenplay he began writing a series of ten novels entitled 'The Harry Old Mysteries' of which two have been published being, 'The Stephen Jones files' and 'All that glitters.' This latest book, 'Icky, Goo and I don't do, ' is a change in direction and his first venture into non-fiction which details some of his personal adventures and misadventures while pursuing internet dating. His next book is to be entitled 'Implosion, ' the third in The Harry Old series, which will be published in late 2016
