If image tramsfer is your goal to understand this book articulates how to do it with colored photos and a gallery. From very simple technique of using contact paper or mailing tape, the new digital papers, and acrylic mediums. There are 35 DIFFERENT techniques. This is the one stop shop on learning image transfers. I use this book for referrence along with Gerald Brommer's Collage Techniques, and a book called Collage Sourcebook; exploring the art and techniques of collage (not sure of the author). Finally I love Nancy Reyner's Acrylic Revolution for both painting with acrylics and collage work. But the Image Transfer book is totally focused on image tranfers with walk through/hands on exercises on how to do it. It is an excellent book to learn all about image transfer process. I highly reccomend it.Read full review
