This product offers a very simple solution to provide a full size bed that goes up in minutes and can be packed away equally as quick. Friends that have slept on it comment on how comfortable it is and the ability to adjust the rigidity of the bed means it will suit those who like a lightly softer bed. It packs away into a relatively small bag that can be stored in the linen cupboard.

This mattress is sensational. It inflated in 3-4 minutes to the firmness that my wife and I like and we both had a great nights sleep. The only downside was that after I had deflated it, I tried to fold it up to fit back into the original box but no matter what I did, I couldn't get it small enough to fit and therefore I had to use the carry bag that came with it.

The Intex is the only QS inflatable I can find that is actually the correct Queen size ie QS fitted sheets fit. It is quite cool during an Aussie summer. Plenty of internal ribs give stability and mattress is quiet when rolling over. All the seams are well finished and no leaks after a month but bizarrely the inflation valve allows air to escape when there is no weight on the bed. It stays inflated all night when being slept on it but goes soft during the day and needs a top up each evening. It is so comfortable I can live with this, especially with the convenience of the inbuilt pump. Tony

The height of the mattress is really great for getting of it. It inflates fast and also deflates fast. Storage is easy as it packs up very well and fits easily it to a small space.

I've been using air beds for several years now because, for me, they are absolutely magic to sleep on. No more aches & pains, just solid sleep during the night. Most develop leaks easily as I am quite heavy but the Intex model with the fibertext durabeam construction lasts much longer. Long enough in fact that periodic replacement cost is acceptable because of the comfort provided when compared with any conventional mattress I have used. They do have a weak spot where they develop leaks on upper side seam where the edge is crushed down as you get onto and off the bed and these leaks must be repaired.
