While fairly easy to set up, the software glitches and audio doesn't always come through. The KB media player, while cheap, is probably not worth the money. Next time I would spend a few more dollars and buy a better brand.

The item is easy to use, however it shutting down itself every few minutes and won't turn on unless disconnect the power and reconnect back on. I used for about 30 minutes but after shutting down continuously, I unplugged from the TV and put back in the box. Total review: useless item

This unit came with an incompatible power cord and has a littany of problems. Unit would not connect to wireless internet and would not play some files that it stated it would play, the unit was extremely slow and the remote would constantly fail. I would not bother or recommend this product.

We have used this on approx 4 occasions so far to watch movies on a portable hard drive. Every single time, the kaiser baas freezes up every 10 minutes or so and the only way to start it again is by going into the settings, rewinding to a minute before it froze and pressing play. It then starts again and is ok for another 10 minutes! Worst product I have ever purchased!!!!
