Ease of installation did differ for me on some of my computers with different operating systems and software from easy to moderately difficult in one case where i need to contact them. And at first that service proved to be not ideal. Eventually they provided the service that I would have expected in my first contact. Generally Kaspersky seems to perform adequately and is much quicker than Norton which I have use for years. Never the less I still use the protection of 2 Internet Security products that seem to be able to work together as added protection. Unfortunately, Kaspersky will ask you to uninstall any other competing security suite before it will install. So you need to be careful that you can re install any competitor suite like I do to work along side it. What I do particularly like about this suite is the additional modules and useful information that can be accessed. I understand from professional tech reviews that one of it's stronger points is the ability to stop virus etc before they try to infect your computer, but, unfortunately not as strong in the area of removing infected files as some others. The very reason I use 2 security suites for protection. No one suite is perfect in all areas.Read full review
