Impossible for me to use. Terrible product. Cannot just enter key and go, need to be a computer nerd to figure it out. The difficulty or expertise level should be noted in the listing for this product. And the only help is the worst Utube video I have ever seen. Zips by way too fast. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Update: Have not been able to find anyone who understands how to use this. The videos do not help. Frustrating and a total waste of money Still have not been able to install this. DO NOT BUY!!

I expected a simple install like other internet protection software is, but since it's restricted to use in Australia you have to download other software first to change your IP address. nowhere does it say this in the ad. I'm no computer geek and I sure don't want to have to go downloading other software, reconfigure stuff on my computer just to install simple internet protection software.
