Cristina Shahinian is a creative marketer. Her specialty is developing new skills in transformational conversation for executives and leaders in various organizations. She studies and monitors the introduction of new products into the market and works to transform these offerings into innovative successes. She is a partner in Paracomm Partners and a director of Merkaba Partners. She offers consulting services in Latin America, Mexico, and Europe and leads the project Transforming Leaders in Contact with Nature. Cristina created the international seminar on leadership Crisis or Possibility with Jim Selman and is co-founder of The Little Leaders Edition and Institute(c), whose goal is the development of the leadership potential in youth in emerging countries. Jim Selman has been a pioneer in the practice of transformational leadership training in public and private organizations for more than thirty years. He has worked to develop and grow the concept of leadership from the ontological discipline and to help organizations identify the need for organizational change. Working with managers and leaders, he has developed new technology to accelerate the path to change. CEO of Paracomm Partners and associated with Merkaba Partners since 2002, he offers consulting services to businesses and institutions in Mexico, the United States, and countries in South America. He is a key contributor to the blog Serene Ambition and to the Huffington Post and is the author of the book The Elder with Dr. Marc Cooper. He is also the co-founder of The Eldering Institute(c).
