The frames are stylish and look great with the black and white prints that have been mounted in them. Delivery is quick but requires a signature and so if you are not home it will then go the local Office Works for collection. Depending where you live that may or may not work well for you. I bought a bulk pack of 4 frames of which three arrived intact. The 4th one was replaced without fuss but did mean another trip to the store to pick it up.

My frame was delivered yesterday morning. When I first opened up the package, I was really impressed with my purchase - I bought it to display the lyrics from our wedding song for our first wedding anniversary. However once I removed the corner protectors, I noticed that one of the corners was damaged.. which was pretty disappointing. I had tried finding this frame at a few different Officeworks stores (to no avail) before buying it online because I was afraid something such as this would happen. I would recommend better packaging & more care taken with future deliveries to avoid any future disappointment/complaints.

Higher quality professional looking frames. Only fault is the red sticker on the front is stuck to the glass rather than the packaging , you'll need some orange oil to get the residue off.
