I participate in a Tai-Chi class at the local gym. While there are many different forms, there are many similarities in movements. This book is very well illustrated and has helped me with form. Also it contains common sense warnings about movements and tells you that you never learn it all. Tai-Chi is an ongoing experience; don't expect short-term results, but the results will come in time!
I learned the Tai-Chi form in 1986. Over the years I forgot some of the movements or the order they where performed. Finding this book by Simmone has helped me recall the proper movement and proper placement in the form. Simmone's written description and photos are easy to follow.
