So far so good!! It is a great book to kick those last 5 kgs off. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to get rid of those last 5 kgs that has been so desperately trying to lose. However, I would also recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness with clean healthy eating at the same time. The exercises may seem difficult but with a bit of common sense and logic you can scale them down to a low intensity/low impact version for the beginner. The recipes are straight forward and very simple to follow. Obviously portion sizes will vary depending on sex, age, fitness level, calories etc. There appears to be flexibility in the interchanging of some of the meals as they are around the same calorie size, so just play with it and amend it as you go if you feel the need and it's more convenient. If the scales don't move much for you in the first week, give yourself 2 weeks to adjust, particularly if you are not currently active and eating similar foods. One word of advice though - don't think too much on the results (eg. losing weight). You don't want to get sidetracked by the end result more than than sticking to the routine and eating.
