This is an indoor hutch so I haven't had the same problems with rust as others, but as others have said, the design is a bit flimsy and they don't give you enough screws (or the right size either). Also, the hinges don't fit together properly nor are they very secure, so there are no guarantees with security. The slide out tray for the covered part is wire, so anything you want to slide out will just fall through anyway. It isn't a very appropriate design. But for $100 it is 'good enough', and for a simple indoor hutch it works as expected. I would be hesitant to leave it outside though, and wouldn't have more than 1 rabbit in it either.

This cage is okay quality. I guess for only $100 you get what you pay for... My husband had to reinforce it with extra screws as it’s a bit flimsy. We’ve noticed in the week we’ve had it that it’s starting to rust in numerous areas.

Very disappointed in this product .... while its structuraly sound the lack of nuts and bolts to contruct it leave me less than satisfied with it ..... i basically had to buy all the bolts & nuts to contruct it as none of the nuts fitted the bolts provided & its was missing other bolts for contruction .... only plus was i got a decent screwdriver in pack for everything that was missing ....

The screws supplied are not big enough, they slip through the pre drilled holes. I made a trip to my local hardware store and bought new Bigger since 6mm screws and washers to make the hutch safe for the kids pet rabbits. If the company supplied larger screws and washers it would fix the issues.
