This is a genuine Mikuni carburetor, not a copy. Jetting can be adjusted with Mikuni jets, unlike the counterfeit versions. Unless you are sure jetting is going to be spot on for your application (rare), you're probably going to want to dial in the carb, and this is a good choice. As a side note, the inlet side of the carb fits right into a TTR230 airbox boot, and the engine side is slightly smaller than the engine boot, but a layer of shrink wrap fixes that. The carburetor length is 18mm shorter than the stock carb, but can be adapted - I will post a thread in Thumper Talk by April 2021. This would upgrade the stock 26mm carb to a 28 - still small enough for good low rpm velocity and throttle control, but just a little more airflow wide open. Especially useful with a performance cam.

Nice carb, but it took 2 weeks to receive it. It didn't come from China but took that long. Have to look elsewhere for next purchase.

Saving it for back up part.

I installed this on the “73” Honda CT-70 restomod I did. It has a 190CC Zongshen motor that came with a Keihin knockoff carb that could never get to run right. Hard to start, wouldn’t idle, junk. Ordered this Mikuni, bolted it up and it was perfect right out of the box!

Great carburetor. Fit perfectly on my bike. I need to jet it correctly but I knew this already.
