The Nexus 6 is definitely a smart buy at less than half its MSRP. Unless you must have the latest and greatest, get this one; security updates are monthly, OS updates timely, screen and sound is wonderful. Reading and watching is a breeze. Unlocked XT1103 VZW version works on all 4 U. S. carriers, sets up automatically when SIM is swapped out. Even a dual SIM GSM only adapter functions on ATT and TMobile (power cycle to switch SIM). Dual SIM supported by APP not in hardware but better than carry two phones, not dual standby unless an APP supports. I always put Ballistic Tough Maxx case on, and 9H screen protector, doesnt add too much bulk while retaining all functions and some port covers. Battery life more than day for typical user, brightness at 50% adaptive on works nice. The ZEROLEMON slim extra battery case works well on this also, but lose the QI, QC 2.0, NFC, USB OTG functionality if that matters. Spoiled on LG G3 camera, but this one works good. Its funny, the G3 is small, LOL. NO IR blaster, and NO MIRACAST but chromecast and other WIFI type casting apps work. Buttons on side very close so I set "power button ends call" to off, easy to hit power button. I use BT mostly anyways. A lot of Motorola Moto X bloat not loaded, but some would be useful. Easy to customize. Highly recommend for most people. After experimenting with dual SIM adapters, I decided to go this route WITH GOOGLE SUPPORT and add SIM adapter vs a dual SIM phone with little or no Google Support.Read full review

Great phone, large screen/format, easy to use, excellent memory...but tends to have a short battery life. It loses Wi-Fi occasionally. Otherwise, really great phone.

My daughters have both had Nexus 5s that they loved. When one phone hit the pavement shattering the screen the quotes to fix it were higher then replacing it. We then noted the Nexus 6 was selling for only $20 more than the 5s. I read the reviews about the larger screen size, longer battery life, super crisp displays and better camera results, I replaced the broken phone with a Nexus 6. My daughter has been thrilled, reporting that all the reviews were right. She loves the increase in screen size. Despite being on her phone most of the day, she rarely has to charge it more than once a day and sometimes makes it through a second day. The camera shots are amazing and the displays are crisp and easy to see. My younger daughter is saving up to replace her Nexus 5 with a 6.

The Nexus 6 is not for everyone. It is an excellent BIG smartphone - 5.97 inch screen. It is excellent for people with poor vision, watching videos, viewing pictures, etc. It is fast, bright and well built. It does have a fragile screen so be careful and use a case. I use it on Google Project Fi. If it's a XT1103 model, it will work on Google Fi.

The Nexus 6 is great phone! Why, not only is the screen humongous, but it's powerful compare the the most recent model. In fact I think you get much more for the price. If you were to compare the current processor to the Nexus 6, the newer model is only slightly more powerful. However, the screen is also smaller.
