the bluray player was delivered with the wrong remote control, so I looked up the panasonic site and worked out the correct one and had to purchase the proper one, and the bluray player works perfectly. It would have been nice if the unit had been shipped with the right remote control a bit upset that I had to add extra cost to the purchase of the unit. $78.00 to be exact.

Why panasonic has to make extra money on a app for Netflix is beyond me Otherwise its A Great machine Rewind live Tv Record remotely Any where in the world Otherwise the same apps, utube, etc With the bonus Extra Netflixs Not in the older models Why they can't add more apps without replacing model every time they add one, you will see on the internet, there's room for more Overall, l just love the features of Panasonic 😊

I was impressed by its ease of use. Best suited as a set top recorder. Pros; *Green TV guide button on remote lets you know what's on, even 24hrs afterwards. To record just highlight the program and it's set. If it's a series, you just program once, then every week it'll record even if you forget. Awesome. * Pause TV is good, it gives you an hour an half each way. *Works well with non-compatible TVs that aren't 4k. Sometimes picture can be grainy, but soon dismiss and does not detract from viewing experience. *Record one channel while viewing another. Works even if you're watching a recorded program and recording a show at the same time. *Being hearing impaired, subtitles remain on all the time, unless switching off of course. Also records with subtitles on. *Info button on remote lets you know what the program is about. *HD recordings are clear. Cons *DVD player is basic, it doesn't memorise where movie was last stopped. It does on recorded TV shows though. It lets you resume or start from beginning. On DVD it doesn't, it'll start from the beginning. *It doesn't play region 2 DVDs, just region 4 movies I think. I haven't tinkered with this yet. *No eject button on remote for DVD, you have to get up and press the eject button on the unit itself. No bother for me though. *To access DVD, is a few clicks to get going. This is from TV mode to DVD switchover. To conclude, it is a better buy than other brands like LG, and Samsung. I'm pleased with it, and like I said previously, it is better as a TV recorder. DVD is good, but could be better feature wise, like memory from where you last left it, and an eject button on remote. Mine is a refurbished unit, and it works great and looks new. Save hundreds off the new purchase price. It's still ahead of the other competitors. I read their reviews and they aren't assuring. A more detailed manual can still be found on their Panasonic webpage. Enjoy, and thank you.Read full review
