The features are easy to use and with outputs for a choice of different type connections. With limited space the size made it very convenient. Thanks Rgds AlanB

After my Sony PVR died and they no longer make them I decided to give the Panasonic a go. I wanted a model that had a 1TB hard drive capacity and a reputable brand. The Panasonic fits the bill. Easy to use and set up and switches on quicker than my Sony did. The only feature missing that I liked with my Sony was the picture in picture. Recommend for sure!

Have to read the instructions which are a bit ambiguous in places. unit locked up my TV & also the PVR itself. Reset to shop mode got it sorted then required some reprogramming, still unable to watch TV with out the PVR being on, seems the by pass to the TV is not functioning, have tried several different leads to no avail.

Meets all expectations. Very sophisticated once you find out all the nuances of the remote control. Good/better than a smart TV with the internet access and update feature. I now have Olympic events at my fingertips, including those Aussie swimming gold medals.

Fairly simple to use and setup, bought to replace a TIVO unit. After about a week of use it failed to record some shows which was frustrating, ended up unplugging the unit and restarting the unit and so far the issue hasn't returned. Picture quality is good but audio is slightly low. Also has apps but the SBS catch up app will not work, haven't had time to try and fix it but most of the other apps work OK. The remote is OK but the quick back and forward buttons aren't perfect, only a 60 second forward and a 10 second back. The 1.3 x speed is handy as audio is still on if you want to get through a show quicker. Good unit but not perfect.
