I've used it a few times, And i've had some pretty interesting dreams, still getting to base of life, I've noticed myself growing at work, more comfortable talking and joking around with people now. I used to be inside a shell & avoid as much conversation as i could with people, My training has improved, i learn new moves alot easier where as before it was hard to do simple grapple and submitting people was tough for me, now i'm keeping calm when we spar & winning:) My motorbike riding has improved alot too... This could all be coincidental, but I believe this meditation has helped in breaking down some of my barriers ..
