The recipes are really easy to follow and there are very self guided ”for guys” to cook. After baking a couple meat pies and fruit mince pies using the baking techniques on this book. The good thing about this book is that once you learn the baking techniques you can apply them to other baking things. its a great book for anyone who loves to cook.
