This is a book full of excellent recipies and just a great read. From award winning tips to the many stories and characters in the book you will find yourself havig a hard time to put it down. One of the best BBQ books out there by far that I have purcahsed. Highly recomend this read for anyone who wants to know the history of real BBQ and to get some awesome recipies. AAAA++++
I thought there might be more recipes, but there were enough to make it worth the purchase. A lot of information and folksy stories that I wasn't too interested in, but definitely different from most recipe books. The Magic Dust and Apple City Barbecue Sauce recipes were worth the price of the book.
