It comes with like 4 cartridges. That's a lot. The brush is great, you can make super thin lines, with just one hair if you want. Great to draw and ink.

I purchased this with no great expectations--but I was pleasantly surprised. I used it for lettering and some drawing and was pleased at the variety of line this pen can produce. My grandaughter used it to copy some very intricate hiragana and it looked lovely. I highly recommend this pen.

I've been trying to learn Japanese for a while now and I've mostly used mechanical pencils or felt pens for writing kanji. While Katakana and Hiragana looks pretty okay with a mechanical pencil and even better with a felt pen. There was something missing. You always look at Kanji writen with a brush and it looks amazing. Well this is exactly what this is. A mini brush perfect for writing kanji.

The ink doesn't seem to be completely waterproof, even if I let it dry all the way. Regardless, it is still a very good ink pen-- you can always replace the ink cartridges if need be.

tiene muy buena calidad de cerdas, yo mismo rellene el primer cartucho que utilice con tinta rotring, para no gastar en mas cartuchos. es buen consejo, y el flujo de tinta sigue siendo el mismo
