Your menus for the 3 weeks are there, the corresponding recipes for each meal are there, there are extra recipes there for desserts if you want them, there are shopping lists that you just have to take a pic of on your phone when you go to do the shopping, there's a pantry list for the 3 weeks... and, best of all, the recipes take about 15 minutes to make! And they're really tasty... not bland at all. You'll feel better, have more energy, and better self-esteem. Honestly, I get excited when I open this book and see what I'll be having at the next meal, then look at the recipe and know it's healthy and quick to prepare, and yummy.
