The ear cups fit well and concentrate the sound where I want it - in my ears. Good base and treble. Good stereo mix. They are quite a bit heavier than previous headsets but once I go used to the difference have been comfortable wearing them for several hours. Plenty of length to the well constructed cable which lets me get up from the desk to get things or just stretch or stand for a while. Microphone works well though recorded sound is only of average quality. All in all a good accessory for my computing needs and I am pleased with my purchase.

So I got this set of headphones for my guest computer, and I got this specific colour to compliment the purple one and blue one on my main computers. Problem is, it was apparent as soon as I opened the box that it was a cheap bootleg Chinese Domestic model of their knockoff brand of Sades. Instead of being black & yellow it's a nasty toy-grade plastic light grey with equally hideous yellow colouring. Nothing like the pictures advertised. The sound quality isn't the same either. My issue is that it was advertised as something it was not. It cost as much as it's worth, but it's definitely... DEFINITELY NOT the genuine thing.

Pros: Looks good, fits well, everything works. Cons: Sound is very muddy, plenty of volume, lots of base, little mid range and almost no hi-end. Microphone is loud enough if you put it by your mouth, but where is it positioned 2" away there is a marked reduction in volume. Result: Lots of junk like this on the market, even from the big names. Save your money and buy something better.

I have had mine for 4 years , they have been on 3 pcs in different States , dropped dozens of times and used everyday from 1 to 12 hours a day. They are base orientated, good for music, and hard to hear footsteps in shooter games , ( BF4 ,BF1 ). The mic is good quality, your friends wont complain , but not studio quality mic . 4 years ago I was broke an needed a new headset, Logitecs had jumpedfrom $25 to $35 . I searched for hours for a cheap alternative, Sades 708s had a few good reviews and the were $10 back then. Logitecs would only last 1-2 years before i would drop them for the last time. Logitecs had a crisper sound and lighter. 708s are cheaper and last longer with good sound quality and mic , The cups reduce outside noise well. Sades 708 are priced at $20 and should be $30 plus. Perfect for skype, Base music, general gaming and rough treatment. Will do for Shooter games , but you may wish you had spent more on something like LogitecsRead full review
