Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in DJ & Monitoring Headphones
This is a long-winded review, so I figured I'd copy-post my conclusion at the top if you don't have time to read the rest: "In conclusion, for the price (and just in general) these are of a very high quality, and I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a set of 'phones that are gonna sound great but leave your back pocket still fat." These headphones are of great sound and build quality, not only for their price range, but also when compared with headphones of similar category (on-ear) in higher price ranges (and I'm not just referring to the Dr. Dre beats, we all know they suck, no offense to the guy, he's been involved in some dope music projects, the on-ear beats phones just aren't on par with what else is out these. But other quality brand models also). I'm no headphone guru, but I've tried out my fair share of quality, and no so-good quality headphones/earphones. These definitely stands among the best, and in my opinion are the best I've tried in this price range. I do however an audiophile when it comes to music audio. I've been involved in a enough mixing process to have a pretty fine tuned ear for sound quality. I listen to a wide variety of music ranging from low-fi pop recorded on 8-track (sometimes only using one of eight) to music recorded at studio standard that'll beat the studio quality of the top 40 cr@p of today (what ever happened to quality music getting the recognition it deserves. We live in an age that is hopeless for aspiring artists creating "real" music [except hip-hop, a few good rappers are getting what they deserve]). The point of my long winded story about my music taste is that no matter what the quality of the recording, it all sounds great on these 'phones. They provide a good level of bass, nice treble and you get barely any sign of distortion (even at an extreme volume with bass turned right up on your EQ). If you're looking for something that'll give you a bass-induced headache these'll do the job, but you could probably find something that'll give you a killer migraine elsewhere. If, like me you are happy with a full toned bass sound, that really does pump into you, but doesn't measure on the richter scale, then these could just be the ones. I will just note that I listen to a lot of hip-hop (of which much of it is very bass heavy) and even artists like Big-L or songs like Earl by Earl Sweatshirt still have a huge punch to them with these. And artists like The B52's or Beat Happening still hold their charm, and definitely aren't ruined by heavy bass (as I've found happens with some bass driven headphones). Of course, with any headphones/earbuds, you need a decent stereo or media player on your chosen platform with adequate EQ/Tone/Vol settings to get the most of of your audio listening experience. I've been using my pair mainly to listen to music off my Samsung Galaxy S3 (running PowerAMP (one of few good media players on the android OS)and have created a custom profile EQ/tone setting specifically for listening with my headphones (as I also use my phone via bluetooth through my car stereo - which is a separate EQ profile). Not to make this an add for PowerAMP but if you want a media player for Android that will really give you the most of your music, fork out, it's flying at another level.Read full review

This is a great product sound great on my wife's iPad air. This was a birthday gift for my wife. Well done Sennheiser. I was in Thailand and I brought Sennheiser PX80 four years ago and I have just replaced the foam ear pads. I brought Sennheiser HD 239 Headphones eBay number (281403399620) and they were fake. I bought these headphones after much searching and review reading. Their primary use was for my Samsung Galaxy S II and MIDI Keyboard. They have a respectable sound, are light, comfortable and fold away nicely in the little bag that came with them. All in all I am very happy with them and have no regrets whatsoever.
