Although I heard bad things about the 27 Mhz version, this antenna being 1/2 the physical dimensions shows no signs of weakness at the non metallic insulator at the base. It gave me good bandwidth on 6 meters and good coverage. It also handles 650 watts PEP with no problem. I recommend!

Quality construction, easy to assemble. Have had it up only a couple of days but it has good ears and seems to get out very well. Last antenna I had was an Antron A99 I think and this is certainly as good or not better. Another plus, it is not made in China!!

This is a very well made antenna. The cost is a great value. No other manufacturer can come close. This should be a first choice for the bang for you dollars.

The Ariel itself is excellent, already talked all around Australia on it. Delivery was very slow. I would imagine that was due to covid. The courier that delivered it to my house just through it over the fence and left, NOT IMPRESSED. lucky there was no damage, would recommend the ariel to anyone cheers

After 3 years use in a coastal area it remains corrosion free and works great. My FT-450D tuner will also allow operation on 15 meters with regular DX from Florida throughout the Pacific. Add some thread sealant to the radials and it's just about maintenance free...
