This is an easy read. I always had a problem with incentivizing expected behavior. The author gave me the vocabulary I needed, "When I say GO..." and showed me where I made my mistakes in the past. I am very excited about this new school year and putting the suggestions from this book in place!

In my opinion, any teacher who doesn't have confidence in classroom management, or even if you do, should avail themselves of this book. I can't wait to begin this school year, and am hopeful that I may be more successful this year with this management whiz's plans. He really seems to have all the answers, and is very positive. I've been reading his "blogs" for a couple of years, and am happy to have so many articles in one place now.
