Good book very descriptive and has a lot of full color pictures. Also covers a wide variety of meats and animals. Recipes are okay but that's not really the intention of the book. I bought this product because I have a lot of livestock and as it turns out it is endlessly cheaper to butcher it yourself. This is a good book for beginners.
