Author BiographyMr. Paul Cumberbatch Jr. MSc. is an Economist, who is presently working in the field of telecommunications regulation, in the Bahamas. He obtained a Bachelor or Arts (BA) degree in Economics, with a minor in Philosophy from Acadia University, which is located in Wolfville Nova Scotia in May of 2003. He then spent the next five years working at a utility regulator in the Bahamas, honing the skills developed, and acquired while in university. Commencing August 2008 to May of 2010, he took a study leave and pursued and graduated with a Masters of Science Degree in Economics, with a minor in Telecommunications Management, from Oklahoma State University, which is located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He then returned to the Bahamas, where he is presently working in the field of Telecommunications Regulation, conducting independent research, and consulting.
