This is about the 12th copy of the book I have ordered to give to friends. I changed my life from this book eight years ago. It teaches you how to live on and eat non-processed foods. It's an eye opener on how you can change your body with food which I totally did. Tosca goes through the basics of how sugar affects your body and what to use as an alternate. Also, she gives examples of the difference between good and bad carbohydrates. There are recipes and workout plans too. This is an educational, easy read book that can change your lifestyle. It's not deprivation, it's a new way of eating.

I bought the recharged version, because I had already read and began using the 1st version, and I wanted the updated and additional material. All in all, a very easy to read series, very common sense based. Tosca makes it easy to change your lifestyle, and you look forward to reaching your health goals. I would recommend the original version, The Eat-Clean diet, for newcomers though, as it is less pages, and more to the point! But still a very good book for anyone looking to change their eating/exercising habits, it has a lot of photos, and testimonials. I didn't have much weight to lose, but have lost about 15lbs, in a month.
I have been dieting all my life and have tried every program out there. I heard about Eating Clean and decided to give it a try. This is not a diet. It is a life style change. And what a change it is. I bought this book to get some help on how to eat clean and it had more than i could have asked for. This is soooo easy. Tosca is such a wonderful writer and has recipes that everyone will love. I read everything of hers that I can get my hands on. What an insperation. If you need to lose weight or just want to change the way you eat this is a must have. The book is absolutely wonderful.
I love this book! It's easy to read and apply changes to your life right away. It lays out the do's and don'ts of eating clean has recipes, grocery lists, & meal plans. I have noticed a change in my energy and health already and I'm only in my first week! My next purchase will be The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook 2 for more recipe ideas!
This book is awesome! I have not started the diet yet, but am making my way reading the entire thing. I have learned so much and have already started to look at food in a different way. The book is set out in an easy to read format and is very colorful. I love the way that Tosca writes as well, very easy to relate too, and she is very motivating! I can't wait to start the Cooler 1 Diet and see my results. I know this is something I will be able to stick to because you have to EAT MORE!
