I watched this when I was a kid. It is in black and white but it does not matter. The story has good actors with the only continual ones being David Janssen (The Fugitive Richard Kimble) and Barry Morse (Lt Philip Gerard). Kimble is a doctor a who is convicted of his wife's murder and sentenced to death. Gerard is taking Kimble to death row by train. It derails and he escapes. The story begins from there as he searches for his wife's killer - a one-armed man Lieutenant Philip Gerard is his nemesis and follows Kimble to recapture him. Gerard believes in Kimble's innocence as he often refers to him being convicted. Morse is credited in the episodes but does not always appear. The series went for four years.

set in the mid 1960s the acting and cast had been best at the time, each episode was well thought out and it is still one of the few tv series to have and ending.
