These items are perfectly adequate unless you have a charger unit attached. The fit is too loose to be able to stay properly connected if there is any weight on the connection. I had a wall mount power point with the adaptor and a charge unit for my phone and it sagged rather badly. A different adaptor I found does not have that problem. Really though, for $2 each delivered, it still does the job.

The plugs are great for not-moving cables, like charging the phone over night, plug modems, electric piano etc. Since the plugs do not hold very tightly, I wouldn't recommend them for a mixer or hairdryer that moves around.

the pin is too thin, AU power socket cannot hold the converter. See attached photo. Usual AU power pin has 1.5mm of thickness ( Left ), but the converter has 1.15 mm. ( Right ) Definitely it will cause serious problem to your electric appliance.

The spring clips inside are weak, and when bent, they don't return to their correct position. This causes the plug that is plugged into it to sag, or even fall out.
