It is limited to 0.5Amp, so charging will be very slow, but it is still useful, especially if you've bricked your phone and can not charge the battery for another flash with Odin (Android/Samsung - for example). This way you can charge the (empty) battery, it will take about 1 hour for 5% increase in the charge, no matter how strong your charger is (I use 3AMP input but charging is still very slow)

Previously bought a charger that had a more adjustable contact point but the spring holder for the battery did not expand wide enough to hold onto the battery of my S4. This one will hold the S4 battery as advertised. Charge time is slow, but it definitely gets the job done.
