The book begins with an explanation of the effects of wheat on our bodies and then moves onto a comprehensive recipe section. It is written in easy to understand terms and outlines the issues we have with ingesting grains in layman's terms; nothing too difficult to understand. It has a smattering of testimonials throughout.... where various people tell of the affects on them personally of going "grain-free". The recipes are great. Delicious grain free, refined sugar free recipes that are easy to make and taste great even if your recipients are not going grain free; they'll enjoy them too. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Davis' book and definitely endorse the content as an absolutely fabulous way to improve health, clear your thinking and lose weight. I will never go back to so-called "healthy whole grains" again - a myth that causes loads of health problems.Read full review
